I go here on a regular basis. The haircuts are fine. This last time I had a little trouble booking my appointment online. For the first attempt, I didn't realize I was not booking for today but for tomorrow, because it was closed that day. It gave tomorrow's date, but I didn't realize it until I arrived and discovered it was closed on Wednesdays. So I tried again the next day but somehow ended up booking at the wrong location. When I showed up I noticed the mistake. The stylist corrected it for me and was able to take me within a half hour. I've never had these problems before, but I think that the website could be upgraded a bit to make it more user-friendly.

I brought my mother-in-law here for a much needed haircut after two months in a skilled nursing facility. We have moved her into a new home in Lake Forest and we needed to help her find a new salon. She is struggling with her flexibility and mobility and the ladies here were so accommodating and respectful. Not only that, Marguerite gave her a beautiful cut and style.
